The Palm Football is a project by Mohkam Enterprises for The Palm Residential Apartments.
Instated in April 2019, The Palm Football has been Hammers 3rd and current home ground in History.
As of now Hammers FC conducts all their home matches at The Palm Fooball tho till date the ground is not the official pitch for the Hammers.
MARGALLA TOWN PHASE 2
(FOOTBALL GROUND)
was Hammers 1st ever home ground at the time of birth (2015). Having played the first 2 inaugural seasons at the Margalla Ground the Hammers shifted their Home to Chak Shehzad.
Total Football
(Chak Shehzad)
After the first 2 inaugural seasons at Margalla the Hammers shifted their Home to the renowned Total Football (Chak Shehzad) in 2017. By the end of 2018 The Hammers were once again set to move Home this time deeper into Islamabad and by the start of 2019 Hammers had already set goodbye to what was once the most renowned home to the Hammers.

By the end of 2018 the Hammers bid farewell to one of their most renowned home fields and by the start of 2019 shifted to the newly inaugurated facility the Palm Football which till date the remains Hammers home ground sharing it with the real estates giants Team Eighteen and Smurfs Fc.
